Rubber covered Poly-V belts combine the flexibility of multi-ribbed belts with a high-friction rubber top cover, allowing power transmission and conveying functions in one belt.
They are widely used in industrial machinery where stable traction, anti-slip performance and compact drive design are required.
Product Description
The rubber covered Poly-V belt is based on a standard poly-ribbed belt profile (PK, PJ, PL), with an additional rubber top cover bonded to the belt surface.
This structure provides excellent grip on conveyed materials while maintaining the high efficiency and flexibility of Poly-V belts.
Compared with standard Poly-V belts, rubber coated versions offer improved traction, reduced slippage and better protection of conveyed products.
